Raasta Students Counselling

At TIS, we empower students through Comprehensive Career Counselling Services

The Raasta Programme is the brainchild of the Vice Chairman, Mr. Raunak Jain. Designed with a student-first approach, this programme enables students to prove their potential, improve their skills, and achieve a higher level of excellence.

Led by a highly skilled team comprising Mr. Nikhil Sharma and Mr. Abhinay Goyal, Raasta is an ongoing initiative offered year-round, catering to students from Classes IV to XII. This comprehensive programme equips students with essential life skills that are crucial for both personal and professional growth.
Raasta focuses on transformative skills that leave a lasting impact, empowering students to navigate life with confidence and resilience. The programme emphasises goal-setting, teamwork, innovation, self-reflection, curiosity, introspection, critical thinking, research, and strategic planning. It also fosters cooperation, compromise, effective communication, decision-making, time management, and emotional intelligence.

By developing these core abilities, students emerge as self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable individuals, ready to face the challenges of the future. Parents can be assured that the school’s commitment to Raasta nurtures well-rounded individuals, preparing students for both academic success and life beyond the classroom.

The Raasta Programme provides a stimulating and supportive environment where students can continuously hone their life skills, fostering growth in an engaging and enriching atmosphere.
