In a healthy body resides a healthy mind. And one science bestowed upon us by our ancestors which caters to both in the science of Yoga. Yoga was bound to be an integral part of Tula’s education, not only because we are the modern gurukul, but also because of the positive impact it has on students. Yoga helps in relaxation of the mind and strengthening of the body.

Yoga helps in better concentration, sharpening of brain, reducing anxiety, increasing immunity, reducing tardiness and increase in confidence. During their formative years, students undergo many changes- physiological, psychological and sociological. And through these challenges the child develops a personality. Yoga helps the student with a firm base and helps them to develop a balanced personality. And along with this, is the strength and guidance provided by Tula’s. The outcome is a healthy persona radiant by oneself.
