On the 15th February 2020 , there was a workshop conducted by the Himvalley Social Foundation. Mrs. Anita Nautiyal spoke to the girls about how we can contribute, to saving the environment. How the sanitary napkins in use today, will pollute the earth for the next five hundred years. Mrs. S Bisht told the girls about an innovative idea which has emerged from Ma’am Anandamayi’s ashram in Kerala. This is the use of reusable sanitary napkins. There was a question and answer session also, where the girls learnt more about this reusable sanitary napkin. Some teachers even bought some packets. It was an interesting and useful workshop.
